Independent project management in multi-project management – from initiation to completion in the area of special blowers and compressors Responsibility for international projects in terms of targets, dates, resources and budget (project controlling, milestone planning and cost/term tracking) Professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams (without disciplinary responsibility) and close cooperation with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, service and sales Control of the value chain in technical and commercial topics and close coordination with suppliers and customers throughout the entire project life cycle Ensuring contract, risk and claim management (internal and external) and a positive order conclusion Continuous monitoring of project progress, creation of status reports and derivation and monitoring of action plans Ensuring process standards and continuous optimization of project execution

Graduate (Economic) Engineering Studies (BA / FH / TU), Technicians (m/w/d) of the Engineering Department or a comparable qualification Practical experience in project management desirable; ideally knowledge of flow and drive technology Secure handling of SAP (desirable S/4HANA) and good MS Office skills Very good English knowledge in word and writing; other foreign languages of advantage Embossed technical and commercial understanding, sovereign stakeholder management and customer orientation Communication strength with enforcement capability, self-initiative, sense of responsibility and high flexibility High intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment You don't bring all the desired knowledge?
