Advising clients in all tax issues Creation and review of tax returns and annual accounts for companies and individuals Independent processing of audits and correspondence with financial authorities Development of tax strategies and optimization potentials for tax minimisation Current advice on tax and business optimization Support in the design of succession processes, restructurings and business start-ups

Expertise:

Completed economic or legal studies focusing on taxes and accounting Successfully filed tax advisor exams Multiannual professional experience in taxation, ideally in a tax law firm or in the tax department of a company Knowledge of income tax, corporation tax, turnover tax and trade tax Safe handling of DATEV and common accounting programs, as well as MS Office Good knowledge of commercial and corporate law
