Global Business Continuity Manager (m/d)

Braun SE Location: DE-Melsungen (Stadtwaldpark) Functional area: Information technology Working model: Hybrid Requirement number: 2067 Within the Global Information Security (GIS), we are looking for a Global Business Continuity Manager (w/m/d). GIS is responsible for information security issues within B. Braun Group worldwide. We cover all topics from Information Security GRC and Security Architecture as well as Cyber Defense Center and Security Operations with a global team.

Responsible for the development and operation of a company-wide Business Continuity Management (BCM) First contact for all issues of BCM in central areas as well as in production, logistics and development worldwide Support in building the BCM in these areas by providing appropriate template documents and processes, e.g. advice on the implementation of business impact analyses, as well as in the preparation and follow-up of emergency plans Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and normative requirements such as KRITIS, NIS-2, FDA, ISO 22301, ISO 27001 Organisation and implementation of training and exercises, including documentation and monitoring of continuous improvement measures Development of a reporting system for the regular assessment of the company-wide BCM status on the Information Security Steering Committee Interface to IT Service Continuity Management and Crisis Management and Co-ordinative Support for Relevant Precipitations

Successfully completed studies and an at least 3-year international experience in BCM detectable qualification in the BCM, e.g. certificate according to ISO 22301, BSI standard 200-4 or BCM manager Methodological knowledge and practical experience in business continuity management in international companies with production, preferably in implementation according to BSI standard 200-4 or ISO 22301 Understanding regulatory requirements and standards in BCM, such as BSI standard 200-4, ISO 22301, KRITIS, NIS2, ISO 27001 Experience in project management in the international environment Personal competencies They have an independent, committed and result-oriented approach They provide a motivating culture for continuous improvement An excellent team and communication skills You are ready to travel internationally You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
