Your mission: Team leadership with passion: Motivate and guide your team through all phases of the project – from the first idea to the turnkey handover Turntable for the project success: You are the first contact person (m/w/d) for our customers! Control communication and cooperation between builders, authorities, subcontractors and specialist engineers – and ensure smooth construction Project management on top level: Keep the threads in your hands – time and cost management, quality assurance and sound decisions are part of your daily business Wide-view award: Select powerful partners, control their contributions and ensure technical quality Make our company confident in the inside and outside, create confidence and ensure maximum customer satisfaction

Complete studies in civil engineering or architecture or comparable training Multiannual experience in managing complex construction projects, ideally in turnkey commercial or industrial construction Knowledge of contracting, VOB and construction Communication strength, enforcement capacity and a collegial co-existence in entrepreneurial management Independent, structured work and real organizational talent The location can be flexibly exercised at one of our two office locations in Hamburg.
