Own implementation of the pay bill for a defined employee group Processing of employees' entry and exits Collection of personal data in HR systems Coordination and control of time recording data and travel cost accounting Examination and collection of holiday entitlements, periods of work and illness Implementation of reporting, production of certificates and evaluations Communication with authorities and social security institutions Support in the preparation and implementation of audits

Complete commercial vocational training, preferably with a focus or training in the area of payroll/wage accounting Safe handling of common software for wage billing (preferably Datev wage and salary) and time recording (preferably Atoss) Good knowledge of social security and tax law Experience in dealing with collective agreements Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Structured, conscientious working and pleasure in team work Foreign language skills (e.g. Romanian/ Bulgarian) of advantage
