Responsibility for Policy Infrastructure and Management of Cooperation with Other Network Teams, including the Discipline and Professional Leadership of the Network Policy Infrastructure Team Developing and implementing a team vision in close cooperation with the team members and adjacent teams based on the area strategy Management of personnel resources and ensuring efficient operation Promoting and developing employees in a valuable and supportive environment Planning, control and coordination of external service providers and partners

Completed studies or comparable training in the relevant field Finded knowledge in enterprise network environments, especially in firewalls, load balancers and Linux servers Routine work in agile teams as well as experience in the design and implementation of workshops Experience in leadership, coaching and development of employees Economic and entrepreneurial action and good presentation skills Good communicative skills, in German and English at least on B2 level
