You advise the work units of the HR department and internal decision-makers in all labour, tariff, tax and social insurance matters. In addition, you control cooperation with employee representations, negotiate business agreements and collective agreements and accompany work and social court proceedings. You are responsible for advising the work units of the HR department and the internal decision-makers in matters of individual and collective labour law, collective labour law and tax and social security law. You are responsible for and designing cooperation with our employees' representatives. You prepare business agreements and collective agreements and conduct or accompany the negotiations You accompany work and social court proceedings in Germany and, if necessary, coordinate cooperation with external law firms. In the course of training sessions, you communicate your legal expertise and work to build and maintain our internal work bases. The grouping of jobs according to the requirements of the TVöD, the TV EntgO Bund and the house agreements of the Goethe-Institut is also one of your tasks

You have a completed academic degree in law or a comparable qualification You have professional experience in a company or a firm with a focus on work law or are professional starters with good prior knowledge of work law Ideally, you have good knowledge of the TVöD and its grouping arrangements You work independently, efficiently and customer-oriented Embossed communication and team skills, empathy and high design and organizational strength complete your profile
