The Sparkassenverband Baden-Württemberg (SVBW) bundles the interests of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe – the largest financial group in Baden-Württemberg. We control, advise and strengthen 50 savings banks so that You can support their customers even better. Here you can actively shape your activity: You act as a central coordinating body and competent contact person for strategic and operational issues related to the use of artificial intelligence You actively engage in national AI initiatives and maintain a close, trusting exchange with our savings banks and partners You think holistic, recognize relevant developments early and drive the targeted use of artificial intelligence for the savings banks in Baden-Württemberg You coordinate the central knowledge building/transfer in the association area and develop training measures in the field of AI, in cooperation with our Academy You gradually build an AI network to strengthen exchange and cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence This will prove your expertise: You have a qualification as a savings bank business operator (w/m/d), a business bachelor's degree or a comparable training Your many years of experience in the Sparkassen Financial Group allows you to understand the AI-related challenges in the network You have a strong knowledge of bank processes and identify their digitalization potentials First experiences in project management are advantageous You have the pleasure of actively building a new theme and are characterized by a high degree of self-initiative With your strong communication strength, you will be able to convince different stakeholders, network them and inspire them for new topics For reasons of better legibility, the simultaneous use of male and female language forms is dispensed with.
