Real Estate Expert – Housing Development (m/f/d)

You deal with fundamental and strategic issues of real estate project development, in particular: dealing with identified potential areas for new housing (including their documentation). With your specialist knowledge, you control the BImA internal testing and approval procedures until the completion of the construction task and transfer to the housing management area. You carry out economic considerations (cost benefits) in the new housing sector. You can edit inquiries about the BImA's residential offensive. You will also process press inquiries and parliamentary matters. To improve workflows and regulations as well as target agreements, create proposals. You will also be responsible for the monitoring of measures in the SAP project system. You are also the interface of real estate project development to portfolio planning.

The (further) development, implementation and application of specific planning and controlling instruments is in your area of responsibility. You also take on training tasks. In addition, you are involved in the development, development and maintenance of frameworks and processes of the residential offensive. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace, business trips, within the framework of about 5 – 20 days a year, also throughout the federal territory, are incurred. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have a completed university degree (Diplom [FH]/ Bachelor) e.g. as a Dipl.-Financialist (FH), Dipl.-Enterprise (FH) or a comparable qualification. Competences: You already have experience in real estate project management and portfolio planning. You bring home, planning and basic building knowledge. You have SAP knowledge or are willing to acquire them in the short term. You have already gained knowledge and experience of the methodology and didactics of training. Basic business and real estate knowledge belong to your repertoire. Other: You have good organizational skills and the ability to think and act economically. You also work independently, thoroughly and targeted at increased work. Their expressiveness in word and writing is very good and you have a pronounced communication capability. You bring the ability to act in a team-oriented manner and are both criminal and socially-competent.
