HR Administrator / Remuneration / Payroll – part-time (m/f/d)

The focus is on active cooperation in the context of monthly wage and salary accounting – from preparation of billing data to coordination with tax advisors and external bodies Participation in HR day-to-day operations – from the creation of contract documents to HR administration to employee support You take care of the maintenance of our digital employee files (rexx) and the time recording (NovaTime) Support and participation in HR reporting, e.g. for personal statistics or evaluations Working with the further development of our HR processes and with smaller HR projects

Closed commercial training, ideally with a focus on staff or training in the area of pay and salary billing / pay billing Professional experience in personnel management or HR administration, ideally with points of contact for payroll or pay billing Basic knowledge of tax and social security law Experience in dealing with time detection systems and/or HR systems You are fit in the MS Office programs (inbs. Excel) Communication strength, organisational talent and joy in cooperation with employees
