Team Leader Claims Management (m/f/d)

At the Saarbrücken site, we have been building a new, modern damage site for the HUK-COBURG Service GmbH. At present, around 30 employees work in vehicle damage regulation. From the middle of 2026, the site is growing significantly – with the clear goal of establishing a powerful unit with around 200 employees by 2028. For this, we are looking for an experienced team leadership that combines the structure, leadership and operational responsibility – and the desire to manage structures not only, but to actively shape them.

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in vehicle damage regulation and actively accompany the further development of the site. Focus on: Building, developing and stabilising a powerful team Ensuring high-quality, economic damage regulation Structure of processes, procedures and responsibilities in the scaling process Your tasks Construction and leadership of a team in Kfz-Kasko-Schadenregulation Professional support and further development of your employees – especially in complex damage cases Control of high-speed and scaling (personnel use, processes, quality, productivity) Establishing clear work structures, roles and decision paths Integration of new employees and building a viable team and leadership culture Ensuring a stable daily business with balanced utilisation and high quality of earnings Constructive cooperation with interfaces at the location and relevant departments of HUK Active operational cooperation where it is necessary and sensible to build

Completed commercial training in the insurance field or comparable qualification Insufficient experience in car-cass damage regulation and multiannual leadership experience Adaptability to growing or change-intensive structures Clear leadership style: empathic, binding, fair, decision-making Competence to create structures and take responsibility Structured, solution-oriented operation and organizational strength Impressed communication and team skills with high social competence
