Development and imple­mentation of central funding management (analysis, concept, optimization of processes) Network and stakeholder management (communal exchange, establishment and maintenance of relationships with funding providers) Development of binding guidelines and standards Systematic search and evaluation of appropriate funding programmes (EU, Federal Republic of Germany) Coordination and quality assurance of funding applications incl. EC countries, economic and monetary union Construction of an effective conveyor control including Reporting Advising management, executives and project managers in all administrative and financial issues and in complex individual cases Communicate, moderate, convince and translate Changes and additions in the field of tasks and in the assignment of tasks remain expressly reserved. Its location is located in the city hall centre, Manfred-Samusch-Straße 5, in Ahrensburg.

University degree (at least Bachelor or comparable) of the subject Public Management / Public Administration or Higher education (at least undergraduate or comparable) with a focus on a legal degree (e.g. law, administrative law) with relevant professional experience in funding management or Qualification for the management specialist:in; or Qualification for the career of general services in category 2 with access to the first entry office German knowledge at least level C1 Remarkable: Experience in the acquisition of funding and implementation of projects and measures with support Vocational experience in project management, in the design of business processes, corresponding knowledge of methods Knowledge of the relevant structures and framework conditions Knowledge of the organisation of (communal) administrations Performance and capacity to convince Structured, independent and solution-oriented work and a good degree of work organization Ability to develop viable solutions and the ability to understand complex situations Reliable cooperative and team-oriented behaviour A safe expression in word and writing You do not meet all the variable requirements, but do You want to work quickly and systematically into matter?
