Your tasksContact Center control: You control the service area responsibly via the channels phone, letter, email and chat. Workforce Management: You plan your employees individually during the day. You meet independent decisions, e.g., on the granting of day-to-day holiday/release compensation, optimal employee involvement and quickly travel to unpredictable situations. Business Analyses: You create a weekly and monthly schedule for the calculation of the client's events to be processed and analyze the corresponding target achievement. Call-flows and start-outs do not scare you off, but are tools for you to find creative solutions. You support the executives in the promotion of the talents of each team member and support the strengthening-oriented commitment to be able to distribute the necessary work as best possible.
