You are a contact person for our customers, partners and employees of other DACHSER branches You independently and responsibly process all incoming requests and complaints as well as differences by telephone and written correspondence You continuously monitor the course of the shipment up to the final recipient You process disturbances in the course of the shipment to the satisfaction of our customers You work in close coordination with our operational departments You create quality evaluations and are active part of error analysis and process improvement

You have a completed commercial training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or experience in customer service You are versed in dealing with current IT applications (MS Office) The targeted conduct of conversations as well as very good written and oral communication skills You have an independent customer- and cost-oriented way of working You have team skills and enjoy working together
