As a technical system planner (m/w/d) you will start and process 3D-BIM constructions as well as 2D representations of technical equipment for the sanitary, heating, ventilation and cold plants. In doing so, you perform model-based technical calculations and the dimensioning of plant parts and derive mass and piece lists from the BIM model. In addition, you carry out collision checks between the assembled drawings and the planning of other structures.

You have a completed training as a technical system planner or technical designer (m/w/d), ideally complemented by a further training as a technician (m/w/d) and over at least three years of professional experience in the field of heating, climate, ventilation and sanitation. The safe handling of 3D CAD software, especially with Autodesk Revit and possibly Microstation / TriCAD, is of course for you. With team skills, commitment, initiative and a strong quality awareness, you are actively contributing to the success of our projects. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1 level) are absolutely necessary in order to be able to conduct internal and external communication safely and professionally precisely.
