Development and optimization of electronic components for battery charging systems and E-Powertrain solutions Head of electronics development projects for battery charging systems and E-Powertrain from project start to series production. Definition and coordination of interdisciplinary work packages to achieve project objectives in terms of quality, cost and timetable Promoting cross-site cooperation between internal teams, external development partners and suppliers – nationally and internationally Identification of project risks and ensuring compliance with technical requirements, standards and specifications Budget planning and control, manufacturing costs and resources taking into account economic targets Status Reporting and Escalation Management for Project Transparency

Complete university studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable technical field Multiannual professional experience in the development of electronic components ideally for energy storage and charging systems Ideally experience in the management of series development projects and leadership of interdisciplinary teams Knowledge of requirements engineering and practical experience with requirements management framework/tools such as Polarion, Jama, Doors Confidence with the V-model development process and its application in system technology A structured way of working as well as a strong team spirit and flexibility Impressive ability and solution orientation as well as excellent communication skills Secure knowledge of English in word and writing
