Responsibility for the design, optimization and safeguarding of occupational and health protection in the associated area of responsibility Verification of the qualification of welders:inside and planning of the plant as the first work:in welding Preparation of work and ensuring timely, cost- and quality-oriented processing Completeness and result control, in particular visual and measurement testing according to ISO 5817 Direct exchange with the master:in, coordination with the interfaces at the shopfloor level, management of the shopfloor round as well as organization of further training and testing for the team

Complete vocational training as a construction mechanic:in welding technology and ideally training for welding specialist:wife Knowledge gained in numerous welding techniques, reliable control of several welding processes and familiar handling of the associated standards and standards Experience in reading technical drawings and creating welding protocols Basic knowledge of occupational safety, in particular when setting up jobs and instructing employees expressed team skills, leadership and - if available - first professional leadership experience; A qualification for visual examinations according to VT2 is desirable
