As an engineer:in / architect:in the area ''Manage to Green'' you are co-responsible for the purchase of certain properties that are to be modernized and sold again. You accompany the real estate throughout the cycle and make a significant contribution to our philosophy.

Due Diligence: You accompany our purchase team in Germany-wide visits and bring ideas for economic and energetic optimization with focus on climate protection Technical project management: You are responsible for and planning the modernization projects specified in the purchase Building contractor: You support the selection of the planners involved in the project:inside and accompany the process of the respective performance phases 2 - 7 in your function. You organize the entire construction process in different project configurations, depending on the internal requirements Project management: Taking into account the strategy of the Manage to Green area, you will accompany the start of the projects from a technical point of view – from basic and cost determination to supply creation and testing to lack of final acceptance and takeover into management.
