At the next time, we are looking for a location in Mönchengladbach-Rheydt within the 'Technisches Gebäudemanagement' department.

Responsibility for the operation, maintenance and repair of SHK plants and other building technology Management and further development of a team of around 10 employees incl. Application planning and qualification Ensuring operator responsibility and compliance with statutory requirements and technical regulations Organisation of efficient processes in operation including Control of external service providers Close cooperation with technical planning: testing, evaluation and operational classification of concepts Participation in construction and modernization projects focusing on smooth implementation in operation Together with your team, set impulses for the further development of plant concepts and actively accompany their implementation from a company perspective Creation of opinions, reports and decision-making templates and exchanges with internal and external partners

Complete technical qualification in the field of SHK, e.g. by studying, master or technician training or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the operation of building technology with focus on SHK Experience in evaluating planning and a good understanding of planning-related relationships Experience in interaction with planning, projects and external partners Experience in leadership of teams or clear willingness to take responsibility Safety in handling relevant regulations (e.g. DIN, BetrSichV, HOAI) Willingness to participate in readiness
