Analyst Telecom, Media, Technology & Healthcare Sector (m/f/d)

You enter our origination activities and develop sophisticated pitch presentations as well as customized multi-product solutions for our corporate customers. The analysis of complex financial information is, of course, a part of this: you will start well-founded market and competition analyses, check information memorandums and term sheets, and make a measurable contribution to obtaining new mandates with your offers. You develop a deep understanding of the TMT and Healthcare sectors, beobachtest assessment levels, market and competitive dynamics and have macroeconomic developments in mind. With high-quality sector analyses, peer group and trading benchmarks, assessment overviews as well as management and board presentations, you support us in the strategic customer dialogue and customer appointments. In close cooperation with Senior Relationship Management, you work on live transactions, participate in expanding long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities – from pitchbooks and RfPs to due diligence documents. Also with internal product and coverage teams, you are always tuning (including Corporate Finance, Lending, DCM/LCM, Financial Markets, Transaction Services and Risk) and accompanying transactions along the entire deal-life cycle. In structuring and evaluating complex financing transactions, you will also participate in internal credit and investment center processes with the Transaction Management team. In short, you quickly take responsibility, keep data quality, governance, compliance and regulatory requirements in mind, tighten up in beyond banking initiatives and ensure that projects are implemented on time and in excellent quality.

Bachelor's or Master's degree, e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Business Law or a comparable discipline First practical experience in Investment Banking, Commercial Banking and/or Structured Finance Ideally international experience and knowledge of relevant tools (e.g. Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, think‐cell) Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of economic and legal relationships Funded know-how in the analysis of annual accounts, cash flow models, due diligence reports and market analyses Routined in the application of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Impressed communication skills, initiative and team spirit Innovation joy and a sense of sustainable solutions Excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing
