You are the central contact person(s):in for your defined unit and will address all personnel and recruiting topics independently. You will provide expert advice and support to specialists and executives in all matters relating to personnel development and occupation. As the main contact partner:in the subject of “recruiting” at Züblin, you are significantly involved in the occupation of open positions and assists in post-occupations as a recruiter:in. You are actively working on group-wide recruiting projects and bringing the perspectives of the Züblin recruiters into the processes. The Active Sourcing for Züblin coordinates you independently and develops innovative approaches to win matching talents. You regularly analyze recruiting metrics, derive measures and continuously optimize our recruiting strategies.

Your heart beats for recruiting – with perceptible passion and great commitment you follow your goals! You have a degree in economics or a comparable qualification in a similar field. You bring excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English. You can communicate according to target groups, are happy to be in exchange with people and have the pleasure of being the first person: in for executives and recruiters.
