You can do this with us:

• Regular controls in buildings and outdoor installations
• Implementation of small repairs and simple repairs
• Monitoring of order, cleanliness and safe operation
• First contact for users and tenants, recording of disturbances
• Coordination of external service providers on site
• Documentation of activities and disturbances in the CAFM system
• Support in compliance with operator and transport obligations

We wish you:

• Handicraft skill and technical understanding, ideally first experience in technical facility management or as a master
• Service-oriented, friendly appearance to users, tenants and service providers
• Reliable, structured and independent operation
• Basic knowledge of the documentation of activities (e.g. via digital systems)
• Class B driving licence
