You drive the construction sites in your area of responsibility and capture the current state of the work You regularly tune with the building manager and document the progress of the project You carry out minor repair and completion work independently (e.g. drawing acrylic joints, minor painting work, corrections) You make sure that our apartments and construction sites are transferred in a perfect condition

Completed craft training, ideally as a painter or comparable Professional experience in the field of renovation, maintenance or all-round crafts craftsmanship and a high quality awareness Good organizational skills and independent work Good knowledge of German in word and writing for communication with the team and the building management Driving licence class B required (company vehicle is placed) Interest in varied tasks in an attractive working environment with a growing company
