Support for the content and design of the monthly club newsletter Revision and adaptation of various flyers (Verein, Executive Board, Supervisory Board) Revision and adaptation of forms and membership applications as well as adaptation and maintenance of the member list and database Support and design of event invitations (e.g. Webinare) Communication with club members to membership fees, club entries etc. via e-mail Creating templates for special purposes Support of the association network and board (e.g. Peer Support, travel cost accounting) Data evaluation and preparation (creating statistics, evaluation of surveys) Support in the preparation and implementation of events and meetings (e.g. member day, Peer Support, General Assembly) Community Management (Social Media Contributions and Postings of National and International Internal Internet & Social Media Platforms)

You are a registered student*in (please specify the remaining period of study) You could already gain experience in the administration - through jobs, internships or an already completed vocational training Experience in community management Joy in creative work (design,media) Ability to work independently and teamwork independently Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and Word Very good knowledge of German and English You like to introduce new ideas and actively shape them Flexible working hours Small piece, careful work

salary: 15,10 € per hour, plus 13.
