You are responsible for the stable, secure and efficient operation of the supervised business applications across the entire application lifecycle within the group of companies You take over the role of IT Application Owner, secure and secure application operation and support the departments and Data Owner in implementing defined data quality, authorizations and compliance requirements You take over the application-related second-level support, including root analysis, coordination of manufacturers and deriving sustainable measures from recurring disturbances You work closely with the specialist areas for receiving, prioritizing and implementing requirements and advises on process optimization You plan and coordinate tests, trainings, releases and rollouts of new functionalities You work in IT and digitization projects and control external service providers, software manufacturers and implementation partners You implement application-related requirements from information security, data protection, archiving and internal governance requirements and follow them in cooperation with the relevant departments You'll be prudent on technical and technical documentation and promote knowledge transfer within the organization

You have a completed study of computer science, business informatics or business administration with IT focus or a comparable vocational training with corresponding professional experience You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in application management, business application support, IT consulting or a comparable interface function between IT and departments with You have experience in supporting and developing business applications (e.g. CRM, ECM/DMS, workflow or ERP-related systems) as well as a good understanding of business processes and their optimization through IT solutions You have experience in the acceptance, analysis and implementation of professional requirements as well as in cooperation with specialist areas, key users and external service providers You have knowledge of common IT service management processes (incident, problem, change and release management), ideally according to ITIL You have very good German knowledge (at least C1 level) and good English knowledge in word and writing You have strong communication and coordination skills and a structured and solution-oriented way of working
