Our Transaction Services team supports customers with planned M&A transactions as part of a so-called Financial Due Diligence: a targeted and systematic analysis of an investment or financing project. The aim is to contribute to the determination of the company value for the purchase price determination by analysis and critical assessment of transaction-relevant company data. We analyze the key value drivers as well as future opportunities and risks and provide support in purchase price negotiations. As Senior Consultant (m/w/d) M&A Analytics, you are advising our customers (private equity & corporates) as part of M&A projects and launching Financial Due Diligence/Financial Fact Books for planned M&A transactions. Support for the sale of companies (Vendor Assistance and Vendor Due Diligence) Research and analysis of public information and specialist information on companies, industries and capital markets within the framework of M&A projects Creation of interactive dashboards and chapters of Financial Due Diligence/Financial Factbooks Application of large data-based models to identify value-generating factors and financial and business risks, in particular with regard to corporate value and the sustainability of business models Development and application of models of machine learning in the M&A analysis landscape and support in improving internal processes and expanding the plant portfolio

Master's degree in economics, engineering or a comparable degree course with above-average success Ideally focus in M&A, corporate finance, external accounting, accounting, controlling or auditing Practical experience with methods and applications of data analysis, especially with SQL and Tableau as well as commercial experience with R or Python. Knowledge of Alteryx, PowerBI, Qliksense are advantageous High level of autonomy, commitment, creative thinking and team spirit Very good English and fluent German knowledge in word and writing
