Project Staff Planning (m/f/d)

Your main tasks: Independent process management in preparation for complex approval procedures and coordination of procedures and communication processes Coordination of contracting persons, investors and architects as well as other professional bodies and other stakeholders Development scenarios Approval of energy/infrastructure projects Analysis of projects on possible environmental, technical and legal risks of approval # Support Approval planning for energy and infrastructure projects taking into account all necessary environmental, technical and legal requirements Coordination between project promoter and authorities, e.g. with regard to the preparation of necessary opinions or applications for approval Monitoring of deadlines in planning and approval procedures Preparation, implementation and moderation of meetings and workshops

Requirements Successfully completed academic studies (University Diploma or Master) or university studies qualified for the performance of the above-mentioned tasks Practical experience in one of the areas: environmental and nature protection, public planning law, administrative law, spatial planning or country planning Extendable knowledge in the following areas: Immission protection/right including the necessary approval procedures, nature and environmental protection in actual and legal terms, urban planning and urban planning law, construction planning, construction regulations, construction regulations, surveying Interest in energy transition, climate protection and structural change Safe appearance, communication strength and organizational talent Teamability, resilience, commitment and initiative

The compensation is based on the TVÖD, depending on the presence of the personal condition up to E 13 TVöD.
