An exciting professional opportunity opens up at one of our renowned customers in Reutlingen. This company acts as an intermediary between freelance experts from the fields of IT and engineering and various companies.

We are looking for a dedicated employee who wants to grow together with us and offer the position of a specialist (m/w/d) in accounting as part of the transfer of employees. This body shall be placed under the transfer of workers.

Your tasks: • Ensuring continuous collection and billing • booking and accounting of creditor and debitor accounts and voting of open items • Processing queries to credit limits and managing the overlimit list (factoring) • Management of receivable management and dunning • Detection of simple accounting processes in the ERP system • Management of master data in the ERP system • Support for document management systems (DMS) • Supporting activities in everyday business • Payment and liquidity planning

Your qualifications: • Successfully completed commercial training • First experience in financial and accounting • Number affinity and detail • High motivation as well as independent, structured and team-oriented working
