Management, planning, organization and administration of all training-relevant topics in the field of technology Coordination of external over-company training in all STULZ offices Training of skills and knowledge in accordance with the training framework plan, as well as support for the theoretical training Coordination of training assignments, implementation of internal and external courses and exam preparation Accompanying the recruiting and onboarding process Close cooperation with all participating intersections in the training process, innations and chambers of commerce and crafts and with external cooperation partners Acquisition of representative tasks, such as learning location cooperation and participation in training fairs Implementation of assessments of trainees and feedback talks Further tasks:
