Your tasks You serve various construction equipment such as chain excavators, wheel loaders and roller trains, often with the most modern GPS control. ️ You are on the move to exciting regional demolition, renovation and landfill sites. You support the organization and coordination of workflows to prepare you optimally for your foreman role. You take part in targeted training and qualification measures, which we completely take over for your career as a foreman. After successful qualification, you conduct your construction site team and take over responsible pre-workers. Your profile You have a completed training as a construction engineer (m/w/d) or you have several years of relevant professional experience. You are motivated to develop yourself personally and want to assume leadership responsibility as a foreman (m/w/d). You are flexible for use at changing locations and have a class B driving licence. Team skills, organizational skills and a self-responsible way of working.
