Tasks: Advising specialists and executives in all personal questions Self-assessment & assessment of complex personnel measures and labour law issues Support for executives in the legal implementation of personal decisions Preparation, implementation and support of personnel, conflict, BEM and separation talks Compilation of labour law opinions and preparation of hearings, complaints, terminations and judicial proceedings in cooperation with external legal advice Confidential cooperation with works council, heavy-handed representation and other stakeholders Further development of internal standards, guidelines and instruments (e.g. discussion guides, guidelines, operating agreements)

Profile: Study of law, economic law, human resources management or training with adequate comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in HR with focus on personal care / labour law / employee relations Very good knowledge of individual and collective labour law, collective bargaining law and company constitutional law Experience in dealing with works councils Sovereignty in challenging conversations at all levels, strength of decision, diplomatic skill, clear communication
