You are part of an international team and develop innovative concepts and recipes for semi-finished and finished products for national and international customers in the Sweet Goods & Dairy area (with a focus on dairy products and ice cream) You independently control customer projects – from the first concept idea to the final product introduction You work actively in cross-functional teams and projects You take technical advice from customers and internal stakeholders and participate in customer meetings You create patterns and evaluate products based on their sensory and physical properties You are responsible for ensuring proper product documentation and the performance of data analyses

You have successfully completed a degree in food technology, food science, milk technology or a comparable qualification You could gain experience in the food industry You have profound knowledge in the field of fruit preparations for use in dairy products and ice cream You have great interest in product development and nutrition and food trends You have a passion and technical understanding for complex product development processes as well as a pronounced problem solving capability You have first experience in cooperation with international customers as a technical/contact person You have experience in cooperation in cross-departmental projects You're not afraid of innovations, you always get new ideas and don't be afraid to go other ways too You are customer-oriented and ready to travel as part of your activity (national and international) You like to show your own initiative and are resilient You bring a certain IT affinity, you know the current programs and you can find information You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and enjoy building partnerships and working and cultural cooperation You also think “out of the box” and agile work is of course for you You have very good English and good German knowledge – at least one of the two languages you master at a very high level You have a valid European work permit
