Internal Sales Employee (m/w/d)

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for you to enter as soon as possible as: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full time (38,5 hours/week) at the location Pflach / Reutte, 6600 Austria. You love contact with customers: inside? You have a positive look, think entrepreneurial and quickly find yourself in new topics? You like to work in the team, are flexible and never lose sight of the whole – even across department boundaries? Perfect! In your role, you are the central interface between our customers (mainly regional and international companies in the food industry), the sales service and other departments: You enter and advise our customers: always with a smile and an open ear You ensure that everything is running around – from order collection to delivery: collection of customer orders, creation of order confirmations, processing and monitoring of delivery dates, invoices, audit If it's hakt, you'll find a solution – fast, clear and customer-oriented You take responsibility for the installation and maintenance of customer, article and supplier master data in the ERP system You support sales management in operational business and strategic projects Not only do you analyze numbers – you recognize potentials and actively drive smart improvements in the team and the customer

Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, industrial clerk) or an economic study At least 1–2 years of professional experience in sales or sales services Embossed customer orientation: You think in a solution-oriented manner and have the pleasure of offering our customers real added value Communication strength: You express yourself clearly, friendly and professional – in writing as oral Own initiative: You don't wait, you trade proactively and bring ideas into the team Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SAP & CRM systems Structured operation and high numerical affinity Flowing German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
