This awaits you in the Team Arbeitsrecht & HR-Compliance: Support in the preparation and implementation of disciplinary personnel measures up to the termination of work conditions incl. the integration of the works council Participation in personnel talks and the necessary education Participation in the preparation of labour court processes and hospitation at court appointments Support in the processing of labour law issues Participation in the design, organisation and implementation of current personnel projects Preparation of presentations, evaluations, statistics and appropriate preparation The activity can begin from February 2026.
