Chief Quality Manager Construction (m/f/d)

Head of the entire QA/QC team across multiple locations. Development and implementation of the project quality plan and company-wide quality guidelines. Defining processes, testing and inspection plans. Examination of execution plans, tenders and method statements. Implementation of internal and external audits. Monitoring the constructional execution by inspections, material testing and acceptances on site. enforcement of corrective and preventive measures in the event of deviations. Central responsibility for tracking deficiencies, errors and non-conformance reports. Regular quality reporting to the management and regional manager. Main contact partner for authorities and external examiners in quality issues and acceptances.

Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering or a comparable course of studies. Professional experience: Multiannual (min. 5 years) Experience in quality management on large-scale construction sites (e.g. construction, infrastructure or industrial engineering). Leadership competence: Detectable experience in the disciplinary and professional leadership of QA/QC teams (engineers, inspectors). Regulations & standards: Deep knowledge of building standards (VOB/B, VOB/C, national regulations) and knowledge of ISO 9001. Certificates: Certificate as quality manager (TÜV) of advantage. Prevention and testing: Ability to create quality management plans and mastery of test procedures (e.g. concrete testing, earth building controls). Contract and deficiencies management: safe handling of non-conformance reports, defect lists as well as acceptance and acquisition documentation. Language & Travel Competence: German language skills (level C2) mandatory; good knowledge of English for coordination with our modules; high mobility and readiness to travel within Germany as well as driving licence of class B. Safety check: willingness and suitability to carry out a regulatory safety check (SÜG) for work in safety-related properties.

Attractive remuneration: A solid gross annual salary of about €60,000 - €90,000 p.a., supplemented by a success-oriented bonus component.
