Deputy Head of Nursing & Training (m/f/d)

You support and represent the area management – including leadership, decision-making and personnel responsibility. Together you design the strategic, technical and economic development of the area. You promote quality, economics and the networking of our various offers. You introduce new ideas, such as digitization, quarter development or innovative supply models. You work closely with other areas, control processes and budgets and keep key figures in mind. You pay attention to compliance with legal and qualitative standards. Through your leadership, you promote team spirit, service orientation and the further development of our employees. If necessary, you take over projects or special tasks and actively participate in the future of the Kleeblatt Pflegeheime gGmbH. By the way: The area ''Pflege und Ausbildung''' includes the fully-stationary care facilities, day care, outpatient offers, the Kleeblatt supervised housing, as well as care training and customer advice.

You have completed training and a degree in nursing, social, health or operational management – or a comparable qualification. Multiannual guidance experience in the nursing area, e.g. as a nursing service line, facility management or comparable management function Business management, quality management, personnel management and project management are not foreign words for you. You think analytic, act responsibly and make decisions with a vision. Leadership, organization and communication are your strengths – team orientation and appreciation are of course for you. You work safely with digital applications and enjoy innovative developments.
