Team Leader Finance & Controlling (m/f/d)

As team manager Finance & Controlling, you are responsible for the following tasks: You lead our finance team with two employees and ensure a consistent, timely processing of all tasks. It is important to us that you remain close to the numbers, take responsibility and are willing to book yourself due to the size of the team. You are responsible for the quality of our figures: You will find sources of errors in booking, confirmation and demarcation, check the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB for our companies and agree with tax advisors, auditors and banks. You build cost centers, cost centers, and profit centers and develop the key figures with which the group is controlled. You continue to review and develop our financial processes and DATEV environment: You standardize processes, drive digitization forward and use AI and BI tools to actively build our new, group-wide reporting system. You plan liquidity and monitor payment transactions. You provide figures and evaluations to the management of bank discussions and investment decisions and, if necessary, participate in discussions. In addition, you will accompany our foreign growth (currently Egypt, USA, Turkey) in close cooperation with the local tax advisors.

Account holder (IHK), tax specialist, BWL-studium with focus on accounting/controlling or comparable qualification / training Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting and controlling, with several companies and international reference, as well as knowledge in budget planning and cost center logic Experience in leading a small team Very good DATEV and Excel skills Very good German and good English knowledge required Good knowledge of the application of AI or BI tools desirable or Willingness to incorporate into these tools absolutely necessary Experience in the preparation of precise decision bases (liquidity planning, key figures) for business management financing calls desirable Structured, independent operation and very good communication strength
