Your tasks: You accompany AI projects from idea to conception to productive introduction. You identify, evaluate and prioritize AI applications and AI solutions along the banking value chain and translate technical requirements into specific AI and data initiatives. You are particularly involved in the integration of AI into existing processes, systems and operating models and develop user-oriented prompts. You advise colleagues on the sensible, economical and responsible use of artificial intelligence and moderate workshops to increase AI competences, ideas generation, request and prioritization. You ensure robust governance for AI applications and take into account regulatory and ethical requirements. You align themselves with the standards of the Sparkassen financial group and are involved in their further development. You build a cross-sparking network and represent our savings banks in internal and external formats for digitalization and AI. Your profile: You have a Bachelor degree or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in the professional accompaniment of change processes and understand how to bring together different participants, give orientation and effectively support change. You have a good understanding of AI technologies and practical experience in prompt development. You ideally bring together first practical professional experiences in change management, transformation management, organisational development or project management. You ideally have basic knowledge of data management and know the regulatory requirements for the use of AI. You are powerful, strong in communication, take responsibility and are happy to work in the team. You are sensitive, have a good sense of organisational dynamics and have consulting skills and persuasiveness. You actively shape changes and introduce new impulses. Further training is open to you. You have the ability to convey complex technological facts to the addressee. You are reliable and adhere to a high standard. You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills.
