Start your future in the field of social work together with the German Order of Religious Works - Fachklinik Alpenland and the IU Internationale Hochschule (IU). In dual studies, you combine practical work in the company with courses on two days a week on campus. Interactive teaching materials help you to deepen your knowledge. You accompany patients: during their rehabilitation stay and support them in everyday life You can take part in the social education and care of patients: You support the development of individual perspectives for the period after rehabilitation You participate in in interdisciplinary case meetings and team meetings You plan and accompany group offers and health-promoting and activating measures You work with relatives, authorities and external cooperation partners: You document your work and gain insight into social and organizational processes You actively contribute your ideas to the everyday clinic and shape the social pedagogical work

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You are interested in working with people in challenging life situations and want to accompany them on their way Ideally, you could already gain first practical experience in the social or health field You like to work in the team and meet other people with empathy and appreciation You bring sense of responsibility, self-initiative and a high level of readiness to learn Career prospects: After your successful completion of your studies, you will find a variety of possibilities for development within the search and social psychiatry.
