In close cooperation with our departments, you will check and optimize the business processes of our Gastro-IT system landscape and prepare them to meet your needs. As a 1st and 2nd level contact partner (m/w/d), you are directly aside our internal specialist areas. You take active IT support and control the ticket system for our entire IT landscape – from employee restaurants to various companies in the Schwarz Group. Self-coordinate our service providers in software development and national field service support to quickly resolve malfunctions. You analyze and process incoming hardware and software requests and act as an interface to 3rd level support.
You are also welcome to complete technical training, e.g. as a specialist informant (m/w/d), system electronics (m/w/d) or IT system businessman (m/w/d) – queryers (m/w/d) are also welcome!
