About the company

For a crisis-proof company in the South of Munich, we are looking for an ERP administrator (m/w/d) for care software in an indefinite fixed position directly with the company. The support, presentation and mediation as well as our other Hays services are free of charge for applicants.

Administration and further development of central, company-internal care software Exchange with the software provider on faults, upgrades and professional issues Assessment of user requirements and adaptation of system parameters Support of employees (2nd level support), error analysis and technical problem solving Maintaining central configurations and ensuring stable system sequences Creation of reports and evaluations as well as planning of training and documentation

IT training or study or comparable qualification with a pronounced IT affinity Experience in administration, configuration or use of care or clinic software (e.g. Connext Vivendi, MediFox Dan, myneva Care, CuraSoft, KIS or the like) routine in cooperation between IT and departments Ideally understanding surgical procedures in care facilities or in the clinical environment Ability to evaluate data and translate them into understandable recommendations High service orientation and joy in user care Interest in continuous development and very good knowledge of German
