The clinic is a house of Supra maximum care at several locations that covers the entire spectrum of modern medicine. At the Department of Internal Medicine I, we are looking for a Chief Physician for secretariat management and international projects at the next possible time for the Executive Board of the Department.

Organization and direction of the Department of Clinical Director's Secretariat, internal and external correspondence (German and English) Date management with independent prioritization and administration of appointments and tasks, including post-processing Organisation of missions and the creation of mission requests and travel expenses Support for administrative personnel matters Organisation of internal meetings as well as scientific retreats and other events Planning and organising the private meeting and their assistance Coordination of requests from foreign patients and support for national and international research projects Takeover of the personnel and clinic

You have completed commercial training or medical training as MFA (m/w/d) You have already gained experience in managing a secretariat with a wide range of work, preferably in a hospital environment Dealing with popular MS Office programs (at least very good Outlook and Word skills as well as basic knowledge in Excel) You have excellent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English in word and writing Discretion has highest priority for you An independent way of working, fast conception, team skills, problem-solving-oriented approach and pronounced communication skills A high level of reliability and sense of responsibility Joy of work and the claim to represent our clinic first-class
