You actively shape the construction of our new business area for funding banks and bring your expertise into the development of new solutions You analyze business processes around funding programs and funding loans and develop innovative digital solutions together with customers You develop specialist concepts, requirement specifications and user stories and accompany their implementation together with our development teams You moderate workshops, advise customers on professional issues and develop requirements together with the specialist areas You accompany the implementation over all phases of the project – from request analysis to test and release to go-live You work closely with development, project management and customers and ensure that professional requirements are translated into powerful digital solutions

You have several years of professional experience in the context of a support bank or have worked in projects for support banks. You have already accompanied several digitization or transformation projects from requirement analysis to go-live You bring experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Requirements Engineer You have created specialist concepts, moderated workshops and developed requirements together with specialist areas and accompanied development teams professionally You have a deep understanding of funding programs, funding processes or credit processes in the funding bank environment You work analytical, structured and self-responsibility and enjoy building new topics and actively shaping Ideally you know OSPlus as well as tools like Jira and Confluence and have experience with agile approach models You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
