Predicting budgets: You are responsible for the ongoing maintenance, updating, and management of our budgets, collecting additional budget requirements (“on-top budgets”) and implementing reallocations flexibly after consultation. Creating transparent analyses: You’ll start sound cost analyses as well as ad-hoc evaluations from different data sources and actively participate in building a transparent, data-driven marketing control. Support planning and forecasting: You take important tasks in forecasting and budget planning, consolidate data and ensure a valid evaluation of all marketing budgets. Check actual costs and deviations: You analyze actual costs for plausibility, secure the correct booking at cost centers and clarify monthly deviations in close exchange with the departments. Support projects and reviews: You’re reviewing budget allocation on measures and cost centers, supporting the development of account structures and preparing Monthly as well as Quarterly Business Reviews. Be a central interface: You act as a reliable interface between marketing disciplines, various controlling teams and finance.

Your course of education: You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable degree with a focus on controlling/finance, or you have a comparable commercial qualification. Your strengths: You are characterized by a strong numerical understanding, strong analytical skills and a quick understanding. A structured and independent way of working is obvious to you, and you convince by your strong communication and team skills. Your profile: You bring well-founded professional experience in controlling or finance, ideally at the interface to marketing. You are safe in dealing with common controlling tools as well as Excel and Power Query and bring knowledge of German and very good English.
