Call Center Agent (m/w/d) Rostock | from now on / by agreement | (25–30 hours/week) You take over the operational control of the day-to-day business of our call center services and always keeps in mind the important key figures such as accessibility and utilisation Checking the presence of our internal and external employees is in your hands You actively support personnel deployment planning and work closely with our team leaders and project trainers to ensure optimal occupations and post-occupations You are contact for our executives and employees In addition, you actively support our customer projects and contribute directly to the success of these projects.

You bring multi-year professional experience as a call center agent (m/w/d) or Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Ideally, you also have first experience in personnel deployment planning You have a strong numerical understanding and experience in handling operational key figures You are strong in communication and are happy to work in the team You have a safe handling of common MS Office programs, especially Excel
