You are the service- and customer-oriented specialist (m/w/d) for customer applications in 1st Level Support Individually responsible processing of customer requests via our various service channels Priority and qualification of service operations according to urgency and competence and their collection You are the interface between customer and specialist department and secure the flow of information General administrative tasks such as care of our service tool and our customer base

A successfully completed commercial training and good technical understanding At least 2 years of professional experience in order processing and/or telephone customer contact A customer- and service-oriented operation and a high communication capability Knowledge of MS Office programs and operational ERP and CRM systems Proper prioritization of different topics and an independent, reliable and very conscientious approach German knowledge in word and writing
