The SOS Children's Village Dortmund is a growing network of stationary and outpatient youth aids. In addition to a children's village family, the differentiated care offers include stationary housing groups for children, outpatient assistance for education, a public daycare centre with a family centre and a city centre. For the rebuilding of a stationary housing group in our SOS-Kinderdorf Dortmund we are looking for the next time Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, full-time (38,5 hours/Where.) Your task: In the SOS Children's Village Dortmund a new stationary group of eight children is created between eight and 13 years. We work in a multi-professional team to create a safe home for children in which You can develop individually in a trustful atmosphere. For the exciting construction of the residential group in the district of Dortmund Huckarde and the design of the offer we are looking for active and sensitive professionals who want to get into a new offer. Through the interplay of your expertise and empathy, you promote the individual development of children. You actively participate in the education and assistance planning of the children and are oriented here to the quality requirements of the SOS Children's Village Association. You organize a structured daily routine and contribute to the design of an active group life. You offer a good cooperation with youth offices, schools and other specialist services, as well as intensive, cooperative and resource-oriented parental work. You carry out general economic activities related to the educational mission. In your duties, you are responsible for the implementation of child and child protection. Your working time is provided in the form of shift services (also 24-hour services), including day and post services on weekends and holidays.
