• Planning and control of construction sites with nominal/actual balances
• Implementation and coordination of project participants, tenders and awards
• Control of accompanying planners and experts in the construction phase
• Coordination of the companies involved Manufacture
• Cost and time control as well as audit
• Implementation of construction meetings
• Quality and documentation management of the construction design

Your qualifications:

• Complete study in the field of civil engineering or management, architecture or similar
• Experience as a building manager:in or relevant professional experience in this field
• Good knowledge of building law, VOB, rules and technology
• Team skills, initiative and commitment as well as a high degree of flexibility
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
