The area of responsibility includes:

• The management of the circular bank including the recovery centre
• Monitoring and settlement of all payment transactions including the closing date
• liquidity planning and management of cash
• Processing of insolvency and debt settlement procedures
• Monitoring of interface bookings from pre-processes
• Participation in the preparation of the annual accounts

We expect:

• A degree of study for the up-to-date non-technical administration service as a dipl. administrator (FH) or Bachelor of Arts (Public Management) or a completed training course for the administrative specialist (administrative examination II) or a completed study which corresponds to the activities
• Good knowledge of local cash and accounting
• expertise in MS Office applications, especially Excel. In addition, knowledge in KM finance (SAP) would be advantageous
• independent and accurate work
• Communication and team skills
