Network Expert - Cisco Meraki / Firewall (m/f/d)

We accompany the customer throughout IT change process. We clarify the conditions, resort to tried methods and best practice approaches and accompany the change of culture in the company. At the same time, we control the process of migration and bind other service providers. We accompany our customers beyond migration into the new infrastructure, with reviews and further optimization.

We form the interface between IT and management. We work hand-on and hand in hand. As a competent Sparring partner and consultant, we support cloud migration. In your role as a network expert (m/w/d), Cisco Meraki focuses on planning, implementing and operating modern network infrastructures You are responsible for the design, configuration and administration of Cisco-Meraki solutions and thus ensure a stable, secure and performant operation of network environments at our customers: You monitor and optimise existing infrastructures, analyze network problems and develop sustainable solutions You advise clients on network topics, document architecture and processes and actively contribute your know-how to projects to further develop IT infrastructure

You have several years of professional experience in the network environment and provide sound knowledge in the administration and operation of Cisco-Meraki components You have a very good understanding of network technologies such as switching, routing, WLAN, VPN and firewalls and are familiar with cloud-based network management solutions You are characterized by analytical skills that help you quickly identify and solve complex problems. You also work structured and independent, are service-oriented and communicate clearly and understandably You bring at least one of the following certifications for this position: Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (CMSS) or equivalent, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher (e.g. CCNP). Ideally, you have additional certifications in the area of network security or cloud networks
